Would sks see if the Oxfordshire Marriage Index has a marriage for a Thomas Lewis to an Elizabeth c1815-1825. I would expect to find it in the south of the county if it's there.

What about Thomas Lewis of Nettlebed (which is near Henley) who married by license at St Aldates Church, Oxford to Elizabeth HARRIS on 19 Nov 1823? Wits; John REEVES, Frances PHILLIPS & Susannah REEVES
