bedford index lookup please for George BONNETT born Bedfordshire abt 1830 migrated to Australia and married Bridget FALLON in 1850 in Australia. Parents unknown.

Any help appreciated

Hi Bron,

Using the IGI from LDS, I found a George Bonnet christened 22 MAY 1831  Little Staughton, Bedford, England; parents are John Bonnet & Ann.

Partridge - North Beds; Northants & Peterborough
Bishop - Bedford; Hunts, Hemingford Grey
Allen - Hunts, Hemingford Abbotts
Clement - Croydon

I have a George BONNETT  in my Tree.  Born 1830 Little Staughton Bedfordshire Christened  22 5 1831 came on ship "Berkshire" to Australia alone age 18.   Died 28 10 1887 Geelong Victoria Australia.  Would be interested to talk to you.  He did marry Bridget Fallon who was one of 191 orphaned girls sent to Australia for employment.
