Is it not possible to log on with more than one device at a time?

I am logged on with this phone and trying to log on with an iphone but won't let me

don't know if things are different with mobile devices but I am logged on with our main computer, my netbook and hudl and can access the site with all 3 at the same time.

Like Dawn, I've sometimes been logged on with variations of 1 or 2 PCs, a mobile and a tablet.

Are you logging on under different usernames at once?  I don't think it will let you do that because of conflicting IP address.

Never mind i will log out and try that i am logged into Facebook on both mobile devices

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some difficulties in staying online with two different devices simultaneously.

It is possible for multiple devices to be logged into RootsChat with the same username, as others have found. It would appear that you've unfortunately found a combination where for some reason or other it's not possible.

We're not able to reproduce the error you're experiencing unfortunately. Sorry, I can't be of any more help.
