I wonder if anybody can read where this lady was born, please. I cannot decipher it at all. She was living at a place called Bryn Celyn, with her husband William Griffith.

FindMyPast has it transcribed as Sarnfollturn, Carnarvonshire. I don't think there is anywhere called that though.
