What record is this from? It looks like Grusin/e - German, but may be Cousin?  :-\

This rings a bell. I think I have heard it before, but I can't remember the meaning of the relationship. I will investigate further ....
added... Cousin german is just an old fashioned term for cousin.

It's Cousin German - I think means first cousin
