Surname Kinloch

While tracing my family (Milne) I came across the surname Kinloch as my Great Great Grandmothers surname. I managed  to trace only one reference to her and her parents in Gamerie 1841 census. James and Helen Kinloch both the 30 had two sons and a daughter.
James 8 Helen 6(Gt Gt Grandma) and the other I could not make out. From 1841 there is no trace on any records till the marriage of young Helens son Charles Milne in Aberdeen in 1879.
Has anyone come across a Kinloch anywhere?

There are also other census records for Shand....he is easy to find due to the unusual name.....Shand is usually a surname so may feature as this further back the tree.
