Sorry for taking a while to get back to you, I've being trying to think over what the problem may be.

For some reason it appears that the "Cookie" that RootsChat puts on your computer to allow you to be remembered as "logged in" isn't working quite properly or it may have been corrupted in some way.

Are you using MS Windows, and if so what version is it, and what internet browser are you using?

You might find that if you log into RootsChat, and then logout again using the "Logout" button straight away, then "Login" again it might clear the problem.
