Good evening Trudy. Thank you so much for offering me a copy of the photo taken by your husband of my great-grandfather's headstone. I'm not too happy to reveal my e'mail address on the website for obvious reasons, and wondered therefore, if you could reply to me using the "personal message" box feature adding the photo as an attachment. Please let me know if this is a problem.

Hi, sure it is no problem. I have not had time to explore this site and only joined because we did the google search to find out more about John because of his headstone and it led here. I will get onto doing that for you as soon as I can.  I am not tech savvy and the photo is on my husbands phone. Great we can pass it on to you.

Trudy

Hi Trudy,

You will find it easier to post a photograph by adding it as an attachment to these posts just as I have done. When you reply to this thread you will see a little round button below the post, click on this and look for attach if you click on this it will then look for the file on your computer :)

Please note that there is size limit of 500kb on images so if the picture does not load it could be that it is too big and you need to make is smaller.

Hi there, I also went past Umolo Cemetery today as I was always intrigued to see whom was buried there. I also took photos of the Cemetery and of the grave site for John if wanted.

Catsflap. J, the Umolo cemetery is located at the front of Redrock Park, a working cattle property 12 km's of Dingo. I know this because from my front porch I look over the cemetery as I live here. We have many guests staying here who are intrigued in your families history. Any further info you might have would be great and I can send you pictures if you wish as I do look over your ancestors on a daily basis.
