If correct we would be 3rd cousins!

James Jeffrey (Snr) b1873 was a son of our gg g/father David Morris Hogg (c1840 - 1909) & gg g/mother Mary Margaret Duff (c1839 - 1904)
James Jeffrey being the brother of my g g/mother Wilhelmina.

Hi Annie, so it would seem. I've only just started with this, accordingly it's a tad confusing. I'm going to have to start and write all of this down. However, the information about Irving, confirms some very old memories ie. emigrating to the USA, in particular, Michigan.

As I said, I only put some of the 1911 census information info Google and this thread popped up in the search results; I was quite astounded.

No, I didn't know & never found the marriage in my research i.e. it may have been added after my searches?

Ooooops...a huge SORRY...just checked my tree, wrong couple, I'm getting mixed up (not hard at this time of night)
