Completed: Help needed please

My laptop is suddenly unresponsive.

When I try to connect to the internet I get the message.....the cloud PC is not connected due to the current firewall settings. Please change the network your cloud is connected to.

I have mcafee and my laptop is new (ish) and I've changed nothing and I simply do not understand the message and do not know what I've got to do.

Any help, in simple terms, will be much appreciated.
