"Found upon arraingments (when?) Insance it is ordered that he be kept in strict custody until His Majesty's Peasure bemade known"

"Found upon arraignment to be insane" etc as before

Found upon arraignment to be Insane it is ordered that he be kept in strict custody until Her Majesty’s Pleasure be made known.

Re the lady he married bigamously, intrigued by the newspaper report covering the case describing her as "... of prepossessing appearance".

"Intrigued" by the fact that her "prepossessing appearance" might have been his downfall, leading him to commit the act of bigamy, rather than seeking to understand what the phrase meant.
