I have an error in the numbering. Henry Rees Jones was 9252/201390 not 201396. That is, he was next number up from Robert.

He's likely to be nearer to 9252.

Reason that the two ranges don't match is because some in the first range will have either transferred out/been discharged before the renumbering excerise.
