This might be him in 1841
Address Cornhill Bridgewater with Eliza Pitt aged 15, Fanny Shinner 15, James Battenberry 15, James Twine 15, Maria Short 15.. Occupation hard to make out think its App; looks like it's some sort of institution ? as there are a lot of young people there ?

Hello rosie17,

Thank you very much.

This is the second marriage:

Job Twine & Anne Cumberland
18 Aug 1831  Walden-St. Paul's, Hertford

The first was to an Elizabeth (maiden name possibly FLETCHER) and probably in Gloucestershire before 1826. It seems Job & Elizabeth had three children baptised in Gloucestershire:

James Fletcher 1826
Frances Cumberland  1828
Frederick William 1830

Frances ended up in Australia but her arrival has not been found.  She was not with her father. Job and second spouse Anne and four of her children with Job arrived in Australia in 1849. Frederick may have died young - to be confirmed or found in 1841.  It seems James, the eldest from the first marriage ended up in an institution.
