Leonie I guess a transcription of the death certificate would be needed as IF it is your Caroline  as you need her place of death.  A quick read of the link indicates that patient records are closed to public access 110 years except for Liverpool State Hospital and Home, which are closed for 30 years.  Permission can be obtained from the Department of Health.

Cheers

Although records say Nellie was born
1906 that would be incorrect as she was
Nan's older sister maybe that was the
Date of registration ??
Nellie married John Adair
Alice married Ted Bourne & lived in
Collingullie NSW
Alf bought up Nellie & Nan
He had a poltury farm in wagga

Hi Jennwil
Great to hear from you.
Thanks for the marriage details for Nellie and Alice.
My grandmother was Annie PARKER born 1859 Mintaro South Australia she  was a 1st cousin of Henry William PARKER who married Caroline RICHARDS. Therefore my interest in the PARKER family.

Re Mary PARKER daughter of Robert and Caroline.
I have seen a family tree where her birth date is give as 1899 The Rock NSW, name given as Mary Miller PARKER. I cannot find a birth for Mary on the NSW BMD.
Did she marry William Joseph WILSON?

Re Caroline
Some family trees have her death  as 1893 which we know is incorrect. I am beginning to wonder if Caroline spent her rest of her life in a institution of some kind.

Cheers Leoonie

Leonie
It's a mystery as to what happened
To Caroline. If the stories are true it's
So tragic to think if she were in
Gladsville her children were so close
& had no idea she was there.
Dad said they often went to Alfs as a
Child but there was never a mention
Of his grandparents.

Thanks Jen
I will add Mary to my tree as born 1904 and will note that she is the youngest daughter of Henry and Caroline. Any idea where the second name of Miller came from?
As you probably know Henry William PARKER died in Jeparit 31 DEC 1960. I grew up in Jeparit and often go back to visit. Next time Im up there I will ask my Uncle if he remembers Henry William PARKER. I will also see if there is a death notice of any kind in the Jeparit Leader.
Strange that grandparents were not mentioned especially when Henry William and possible Caroline where still alive at the time.
Not sure if it is the correct Caroline PARKER in Gladsville yet. I think checking through the admission books could prove or disprove whether it is her or not.
Cheers Leonie
