cousin Pete for a restore please

  Hello, here is my mother's first cousin Peter about 20 in this photo. Could you get rid of the rubbish in the background and give him a makeover please. If you are a colorist - he had brown hair and blue eyes (not that they are visible here). As usual I appreciate anything you want to do sepia, black and white or colour etc. Thank you.  Peter is the first one on the left - the good-looking one! hahahaha!
