Cox from grangetown cardiff

I'm researching my fathers side of the family William Francis Henry Cox 1940-2009 his father theophilus alfred cox 1911-1977 but he was know by alfred theophilus!! now the problem i have is that i know his father was william henry cox 1863/4 and he married elizabeth ann joyce 1978/9 - 1917 and they lived in cardiff. they had children william, olive, charles, alice, violet, walter then my grampy and i have found them on the 1911 census but can't find them on the 1901 census i dont know where they were born as on the 1911 census it says england cardiff and i cant find their marriage either so i am tearing my hair out i have searched all censuses to no luck..... any help please

On that census, it gives son William's birthplace as Barry, and there is a Baptism at Cadoxton Juxta Barry, on 17th January 1898, of William Francis Henry Cox, son of William and Elizabeth, of 88 Morel St, Barry Dock.

so must have moved between 1898 and 1903 to Grangetown

 The family you have found is a different family as the william henry went to america. but the baptism you found was my great uncle. i have found all the baptisms all in grangetown apart from the eldest son william which was barry. i have just ordered the birth cert of william francis henry senior hopefully it is him... william lived in grangetown up until he died in 1935. my dad said that my grampy never spoke of his father yet my dad was named after him?! thanks again
