David St John Vincent Stuart is my Grandfather and I too am looking for his history. My Brother John Francis Stuart has gone to Scotland this very week on a bones trip. seeking history. Your Grandfather Donald David Braybrooke Stuart was my father and I have his history. Your father Robert Stuart is my half brother.  We lost touch as I was only a child when he married and you and I never met.
I have lost of family facts and a few holes in the history as well. What country are you residing in?

The thread mentioned is here: http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=628566.

If you reply on that thread, the OP (original Poster) should get an email telling him you have replied.
Assuming, that is, that his email address is still active? ::)

BUT, he hasn't been online since Christmas 2012?!

Looking at the other thread too, the common denominator is trying to find origins of David St J V D Stuart.   However, when people on RC have asked specific questions as to sources there is no response.

Looking at your tree and the others that are online there is conflicting information, no full dates given, hence we ask questions as to the sources in order to try and help.

Your tree specifically states he died 1933 Parrametta, NSW but this is in the name just David John Stuart.  The death entry states parents as John and Katherine.

1. Can you give us all the details that are on the death certificate?

2. Whilst the online trees state marriage 1899 Petersham there is no full date given for the marriage (which suggests that no-one actually has seen a copy of it, only whats in the marriage index).   Do you have a copy of this and, if so, can you state all the details given for him on the marriage certificate?

It seems strange that marriage/births of children/Divorce give his name as David St. J V D Stuart but in latter stage of life at Parrametta is he just plain David John Stuart!
