Hi and welcome to Rootschat, have you got the year of birth correct for Catherine ie did she marry at 40 or could she have been a Widow at marriage to Francis Taylor?

If the info given is correct - could it have been a second marriage?  Have you viewed the parish register entry for the 1794 marriage to see if she was a spinster or a widow?
