Marriage of Joseph Welsford in Ireland

I'm looking for information on the Marriage of Joseph Welsford to wife Nora believe this was in Cork Ireland about 1896.  Do not know Nora's maiden name and year of marriage worked out from 1911 census.  Location of marriage given by a third party but this as yet to be confirmed.  Joseph was born in Devon in 1865 and was living in London at the time of the 1881 and 1901 census; no record of him in the 1891 census.

Any information would be of great help.

The Irish Civil Registration Marriages Index lists a marriage of a Joseph John Welsford in Dec Qtr 1896 Vol 5 Page  102   in Cork and possible wives include Norah Dennehy? and Norah Looney
