well, today i received the Death certificate of Augustine who died in 22nd January 1962, he was mentioned with age 74 which puts him back to 1888.
The one i am searching for was born 1876, so iam almost sure, this is not the correct one.
Jane Kelly is mentioned at present of death, do not know her either.

Well, it seams that the other trace would be more of interest, that he left England to the USA...
Any help appreciated

Hi Robin

Can you give the 'usual' home address for Augustine, not necessarily the address he died at and, likewise the address for Jane Kelly?

hi Dawn,

the adress i got for the whole family at the time of the birth of the children was: Fairlight House, Kilburn-Square, Marylebone, London.

The adress on the Augustine death-certificate is mentioned with Nazareth House, East End Road, Finchley.
the adress of Jane Kelly (even if her Relationship to Augustine) is not mentioned

Does the death cert have an occupation for Augustine?

Nazareth House was a Roman Catholic care home for the elderly.

Jane Kelly - present at the death - could have been a nurse who worked there.

I looked at the London Electoral Registsers which are online.

In 1952 and 1954 Augustine M Sigwarth was resident in Kilburn. Maybe the M stands for Moriarty.

The passenger list for 1909 gives an age of 25 years 5 months so born in 1886, in which case the death in 1962 aged 74 (born 1888) is quite good. The nursing home may not have had his exact date of birth, but I know this does not tie up with the entry in freebmd that you have

hi,

as occupation it s mentioned "Draftsman".
the Augustine i am searching for was born in 1876 which give a timelag of over 10 years.
If he had a second name, i would gett its Augustine Florian, because his father s name was Florian.
so i realy assume, its another person

In 1909 he gives Fairlight House as his home address, it is this entry where his age is incorrect by 10 years compared to the GRO birth index entry

hm, so we do know, that Augustine who comes to Chile and America was the same person who died in 1962 in Great Britain. But if its the same Augustine Florian, why have that 10 years time-difference ?
