Not sure what that would be in Swedish. Maybe Hans LJUNDAHL and Halfvar ERICKSON

Halvar is a man's name.
His christian name starts with the same letter as the first letter in Youngdal.

Like I always say, you can't beat local knowledge.

In my defense I was simply putting Ha* Er* into the SVAR census search and there were a few female "Halfvards/Halfvars/Halvars" mentioned e.g Halfvards Anna ERSDOTTER. Phonetically Halfvars might sound similar to whatever it was that the registrar wrote on the marriage certificate. Hadeval?

Putting Jön* *dah* into the census search came up with lots of possibles so I think you're onto a winner there.
