Help with Naval Officers uniforms Great Uncle Thomas Victor Rayson.
« on: Monday 30 June 14 15:05 BST (UK) »
Hi

I am trying to identify the rankings of the officers shown in the attached picture so that I can try to put a few names to people in it from HMS Falmouth in 1915.

The only person I know in it at the moment is the player with the ball, my great uncle Thomas Victor Rayson.

Any help would be appreciated.

Fisher, Rayson, Alcock, Davies.

Hi Sarah, thanks for that.

I wasn't sure how to post as I thought it possibly needed two different skill sets for the topics, so posted it in both to cover all!

Thanks again.

Good evening,

The officers seated are from left to right; Lieutenant, Commander and Sub Lieutenant. The chap standing right with peaked cap is Chief Petty officer.
