As soon as I saw POP, I shuddered - it took me back to my very early days of e-mail on dial up - 1995 or thereabouts
POP is still the original primitive incoming email protocol (post office protocol)

That link looked quite straightforward until it got to the POP server name bit. I wouldn't have a clue what to put there.
If you google email settings for your particular isp/email provider there should be a
help/faq page explaining all the required settings.
POP = post office protocol (incoming email)
SMTP = simple mail transfer protocol (outgoing email)
Your pop setting may look like:
pop.mail.yourisp.com or
mail.yourisp.comYour smtp setting may look like:
smtp.mail.yourisp.com or
