Hi and welcome to Rootschat

You need to give some more info please - christian names, birthyears etc as the 1911 census has 388 entries for that surname in Devon

Can you also include any info you already have in the way of census/BMD etc so we don't duplicate but please do not give details of any person still living as it is against Rootschat policy

If your ancestors were around in 1911 - a good starting point for you would be to find them on the 1911 census and then post the info here so we can work backwards from it

When I replied to your post I had not realised it was a duplicate post!
You will notice that different people have offered suggestions to both posts, meaning duplicated replies!

we do want to help so if you post the information here that you sent in your pm, it will reach a wider audience and more of us will try to help if possible.  As CarolW  says  it will also save people going over ground that you have already covered, if you do that.
