Hi and welcome :)

In order to help we will need some dates, even if approximate ones. Do you know when and where the children were born, and when William lived at 16 Norman Rd, Bow (what is the source for this address)?

What sort of information do you seek on William - do you have e.g. his marriage to the mother of the children, and what her name was? Are you looking for information about his later life, or about the time before he became a father? Do you know when he was born or died?
