I am trying to find the ancestry of Lily Parker...on the 1911 census she is 33 and a daughter Olive (albert is thomas from a previous marriage) she has been married 4 yrs and born in kittisford....I have found the marriage 1906.
But I cannot find a birth for her at all or a record on 1901 census!
Is the only other way of finding anything about her to order the marriage cert?

Parker may not have been her birth surname.  She may have been previously married to a Parker before she married Thomas Clement.

The marriage cert is a must

You won't find anything - see above replies.  1881 she is in the WH and 1901 she is in service.  She may be the 1891 entry b Ashbrittle 1878 but also in service

Also a possibility - she was illegitimate and made up a fathers name when she married.  This was very common practice in those days and used in order to appear "respectable" to their spouse and family

The birth cert would be a much better option and it would give her mothers name and maiden name
