tracing someone

I am grateful to all who gave some help earlier. The newspaper reports raise other questions.
Where can the judicial separation reported in 1946 be found?
What would happen on Albert's release from prison in 1949 assuming he served the full term? Would he be able to continue as a trained electrician?
I can still find no credible record of his death.
