I cannot see any marriage on the England and Wales Index for Muriel B P Steel.

Neither can I, there are no marriages of a Muriel Steel in Cumberland between 1917 and 1970 and only one of a Muriel Steele in 1954 in Carlisle to a Thomas Rush. There is a Muriel B Steel in Birmingham in 1951 to a Joseph Davidson.

No instance of a death registration in England and Wales 1900-2005 for Muriel B P Steel.  Of course the person who registered her death may not know about the Baden P part of her name

Perhaps she married under the name Muriel Steel - and not necessarily in Cumberland? In 1911 she and her family were living in Northumberland
