At the top right of the post you will see a Modify button, one way is to click on that then delete everything in the post and just enter 'deleted'

You should use the 'report to moderator' button at the bottom of the post you want removed and ask the moderators to do it for you, giving a reason for the request.

Posts are not removed unless they contain information about living people or serious breaches of copyright.

The ability to modify a post is removed after 24 hours.
