That Florence died in Dec 1942 death registered in Jan 1943 age 64 so most likely Frank Whatley's wife and possibly the lady on the 1939 reg of electors
A Florence Whately died in 1918 aged 19 5yrs out with the age for your Florence but looking the more likely candidate.

1911 census of Clinches Court  for Bernard Whately says 7 born 6 alive could this account for Felix.

A John Fearn married Margaret Canavan Dublin North in April June 1906 vol 2 page 485
1911 census of 18 Courtney's Place
John Fearn age 26 Car Owner
Margaret age 26 married 5yrs 2 born
John age 4
Daniel age 2

Yes, I found the below in the 1911 Census. I was only looking for Fearn because I thought it was the maiden name of Bernard's wife.

A Monica Wheatley appears on the birth register 1902 no one on 1911 census of that name other than your Monica there is a marriage in Dublin North in 1923 for a Monica Wheatley.

1939 reg of electors show a Thomas and Monica McKenna at 2 St Bridgets Avenue,North Dock.
Family Search show four births in Dublin North between 1929 and 1940 McKenna/Wheatley.

Thank you Jamjar for the link, I have checked it and these are not the same Whatley's as my Grandparents. Many thanks for your help.
