hi im looking for relatives with the surname o'donovan and were from bantry bay. denis was born in 1949 last known places were london and manchester

We don't research living relatives , we help  research records of ancestors.

If you are just looking for surnames of living relations  then you are best to check the phone book, electoral rolls and make contact with everyone of that surname, although they are not all going to be related
