Looking for any information regarding James Pitkin b. circa 1770s in Bethnal Green and lived in Jamaica during the first half of the 1800s.

He married Rebecca Francis and had 6 children between 1802 and 1821 in Kingston, Jamaica.  I think they were originally from England but not entirely sure.

May be a Scottish connection as one of the Children is named William McLeod Pitkin.
