mothers maiden name and address

please can anyone help me  transcribe the mothers maiden name and address on this birth certificate. I having trouble finding sarah and her husband in a census and though t I could find a marriage for them.

the father is william james bt the census available only can fjnd find james william. I dont think he is a james william as their sons wedding certificate has the father as william james but as a butcher.
any help would be appreciated

I can't see it - can you give more details, dates, places etc so we can look the people up please?

Don't forget that due to copywrite issues you can only put up the portion that you need deciphering.

oops, sorry I thought the attachment had gone on.

Basically im trying to find my ancestors parents marriage and siblings but im stumped on her surname.

Im pretty sure this is the right William joseph Jacobs birth certificate

He is my third great grandfather and went on to marry Isabella Chammings on 13th mar 1864
