An obit. for Rose Ellen Hunt (Russell) from the newspaper The Review, February 8, 1990.

On Thursday, February 8, 1990 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, age 76, wife of the
late Henry (Harry) Hunt (1984) dearly loved mother of.....PMing you the details.

This matches up with the Canada Voters List of 1945 and 1949 with Thomas Mylchreest and
Susan Dixon.

Hi Andrew,

Susanna Gotts returning to Canada arrived 21 Oct 1920 Quebec on Victorian , purpose of trip ' visiting friends in England ' , destined to husband , Charles Gotts , Copper Cliff , Ontario.

I wonder if she went to England to look for him ?

I just noticed that she had Katie/Kathie with her . On the UK incoming list she is going to 34 Hollybush Avenue Wallsend and calling herself wife not widow.

I found that Elizabeth Russell and Rose Ellen were on the same trip, incoming from Liverpool
to Quebec.

Hi Andrew,

Along with the sheet manifest for Susan and Katie Gotts, Elizabeth and Rose Ellen Russell
there is a Form 30A which is filled out for each passenger. Thought you may like to have
them for your records. It's usually 2 pages, so at the top click the forward > sign to see
the back.

Hi Andrew,

From Susan's Form 30A with her destination to husband Charles, that would place him in
Copper Cliff, Ontario in October 1920. The 1921 census lists Susan as a widow. The 1921
census was taken June 1. So, it could be possible that Charles died between October 1920
and June 1, 1921.

Copper Cliff was annexed by Sudbury in the early 1970's. There is a "ask a question" at
the Sudbury Library. Might be worthwhile emailing them to see if they can find an obit.
for Charles between those dates.
