Hi Lindsey

Hi

Thank you for your reply.

Benjamin Hollings was married to Ellen (was Dawson before marrying Benjamin). They had 12 children in total: Amy Anne, Ruthetta, Herbert Dawson, Charles Vincent, Ernest, William Gladstone,  Emily Maud, Catherine Ellen, Gertrude,  Harry, Ethel Elizabeth & Florence.

Benjamin Hollings is the son in law of John Dawson. Ellen's father.

Benjamin Hollings is the son of Mary Hollings (nee Smith) came from Scotland originally was married to Thomas Hollings who died in 1849 at 30 years old.

Thomas & Mary Hollings had 8 children: William, Mary, Elizabeth, Thomas, Hannah, Jane, Benjamin & Eliza.

I have more info.

Luv Lindsey

Ok now I've picked the thread up.

First of all I started this research for my Dad (in law) he's 82 now so somewhere along the tree you will be related to him somehow.
Our William Hollings is the son of Thomas & Mary Hollings. He married Mary Laughey who is the Great Great-aunt of my Dad.

kind regards

Sarah

Hi,

I've come across this thread. I am a Laughey in the West Yorkshire area related to those who you have previously mentioned in the thread. If you have any questions let me know!

Hi Sarah

That's right, I have Mary Langhey in my family tree. Your William is my Benjamin's brother. So I am definitely related to your father in law and his Son (your husband, unless he was adopted). Wow, I think that's fabulous.

Hi Anna

Just read your message.

It sounds like we may be related too down our family tree.

This is all amazing.
