Hi
Can anyone tell me how to obtain a birth cert for a Thomas( or James Thomas) Wheten Born in abt 1852 in Alderney, the info comes from the 1861 census, later he says he is born in Guernsey but as the family are in Alderney at this time I think it the most likely starting point.
I can help anyone with folk in Cornwall!
