« on: Sunday 05 October 14 12:56 BST (UK) »
I am trying to find information about the time my late father and his elder brother spent at St Josephs orphanage around the years 1913-20 . My fathers name was John David Egan and he would have been around 5 years old his brothers name was Michael Egan and he was 2 years older. They came from Deptford in Kent.

Hello Gaffney45 and welcome to RootsChat.  :)

Have you looked at the info on the other thread related to the orphanage? You may be able to find some records by following the suggestions on there, although it is from 2005, so perhaps out of date now.

It may be a good idea to start your own thread asking for help to find info re your father, maybe on the Kent board
