If you have the census records from 1851 or later, then you should know when and what year they were born. Look at the parish records for those places and you'll find some possibilities for baptisms.

I assume it's Thomas Skinner and Rebecca Anderson married on 6 April 1836 at St Mary's Handsworth, Staffordshire? (on familysearch).

Just seen your other post regarding this couple:

On familysearch there is a baptism for Eliza Anderson on 20 Mar 1815 at St Martin Birmingham, father - Joseph, mother - Charlotte. They seem also to have had Mary Ann in 1816, but buried 25 Dec 1817. Could be a possibility?

Did you notice there is a non conformist baptism for an "Elizabeth Thomas Skinner" on 29 Jun 1817 at Bristol, parents - Daniel and Sarah? Maybe a transcription error in the name? Perhaps if someone has access to the parish records they could check the name. :)

The marriage entry doesn't give anything as there are no Skinner/Anderson witnesses & both say OTP.

I can't see a baptism for Rebecca, but the following may be of interest.

On FreeReg there are two baptisms in Walsall of children born to a couple named Lewis and Sarah Anderson: Lewis in 1803 and John in 1804.

Searching in 1851 for Andersons born in Walsall shows up a Thomas Anderson born c1812. He is living in Dudley with wife Elizabeth and family, and he is a basket maker.
There is no corresponding baptism showing up on FreeReg. However, Elizabeth is Thomas' second wife, married in 1845 at St Philip, Birmingham.

Thomas Anderson widower  basket maker s/o Lewis Anderson basket maker
married Elizabeth Williams ( spinster d/o William Williams farmer )

There is also a marriage in 1848 at St Bartholomew, Edgbaston of Emma Anderson, spinster d/o Lewis Anderson basket maker to Ebenezer Hall (bachelor, bricklayer s/o Elias Hall bricklayer)
Witnesses to this marriage are Thomas Skinner and Eliza Anderson.

Lewis Anderson of Ilkeston, Derbyshire married Sarah Griffin in 1801 at Wymeswold, Leicestershire.

I'm wondering whether the Sarah Skinner in 1851, who was born in Leicestershire, is actually Rebecca's mother. Her surname is simply dittoed from above, which  could have been an error.
This seems to be the gist of what was found on the other post.
There's also a birth in 1841 B'ham of a Rebecca Anderson dau. of Lewis & Sarah basket maker.
This would be the same Lewis who's daughter Emma is marrying in 1848 which shows a Thomas Skinner link to the Andersons.
Trade directories show a number of Anderson basket makers both in B'ham & Staffs.
The 1st. to appear in B'ham is Lewis in 1830.
The Anderson Basket making goes on well into the 20th.C.
All circumstantial but it's mounting up.

Found 1 birth for Lewis & Sarah Anderson.
George b.1807 B'ham to them but died the same year.
Although lacking proof the children so far seems to be:
Lewis 1803; John 1804; George 1807; Thomas 1812 & Rebecca 1817.
