Looking for grandparents of Elizabeth Clayton

So, I have a certificate from the cemetary of Elizabeth with her parents and I have the 1851 and 1861 Census in England. This is the main information:

Where born: Lowdham, Nottinghamshire, England
Civil Parish: St Mary
Ecclesiastical parish: St Mark
Town: Nottingham
County/Island: Nottinghamshire
Sub-registration district: St Ann

And I have a list of siblings and ages in the 1851 census.
Mary Clayton: 13
Jane Clayton: 12
Lucasar Clayton: 8
William Clayton: 5
Elizabeth Clayton: 3
James Clayton: 1
Sarah Clayton: 72 (Who I assume is a sister or possible mother)

And then the 1861 census:

How would I go about looking for Henrietta's maiden name or even the marriage certificate? The first search on familysearch is right so far, so I only have 1815 birth of John. Confused

Elizabeth's birth certificate will give you Henrietta's maiden name.  A possible registration is:

March quarter 1848 - Southwell (which includes Lowdham) 15, page 635.

Mary Clayton christened 12th march 1837 - parents John Clayton / Henrietta Witworth ..
fits in with census returns - but it is in Manchester Cathedral  - could this family have moved from Manchester to Nottingham ?
can`t see a place of birth for John Clayton or Henrietta on census ??

so it looks like Henrietta became Mrs Clayton ??...bit confused ...why is she Henrietta Witworth on one record and Henrietta Witworth Clayton on another - can anyone advise me please ?

Henrietta Clayton b Lowdham ,Notts aged 73 ...so Henrietta was b 1797 / 98  ?
no Manchester connection ....
