:)Hi everyone: I am currently putting together a short history of the former industrial railways in the Northfleet and Gravesend areas, places such as New Northfleet, Kent Kraft and Bowaters Thames mills, GEC Henley, IPM and Bevans cement works. I used to work for Gravesend Welding and helped to build the now demolished New Northfleet cement works in the early seventies.
Do you have any memories or information/ photos? I would like to preserve a record of these railway for posterity.
