Hi, I'm trying to identify a place in Galway, as my 2x great Grandmother Bridget Keane married Thomas Flaherty in 1864, and their residence is stated as Glanmore, Island Lodge, I believe to be in Lettermore, County Galway. Bridget is said to have been born in Island Lodge too. The family home over the generations has been Carraroe (Bridget died in Carraroe). It’s the ’Island Lodge’ that intrigues me! Any ideas please?
