Jean, I'm pretty sure I answered this on another thread but just in case I have overlooked it, apologies for the delay in replying - unfortunately Penrith is not covered in the directory I have.

Puffin, it is Kelly's 1938 Directory. No Heap but a few Heaps. Are these of interest? There are a few Robinsons but then of course it is not an unusual name in that part of the world. I have to go back to work shortly but I'll send the details this evening.

I had thought there were only Heaps but there are a couple of Heap(s) as well.

It does actually have Beach Hill but I think it should be Beech Hill
