Marriage cert.
Barbara Evangeline Clifford married John Grace Cookman at St.Matthias church,Dublin(Church of Ireland) in1886.
Her father was Edward J Clifford and mother Frances Jane Mary Anne(nee M'Allister), his father Edward Rogers Cookman.

Possibilities in the Ireland census, Barbara described as widow, ie. John dead (or otherwise gone*):

England census records for 1891 and 1901 show a John G / Grace Cookman, born Ireland, living in England, a married man living off his own means, I wonder is that him?

There's a tree on the Ancestry.com website that also suggests my previous post about him living in England and also indicates a second marriage to a Grace Ann Eustace Johnstone.

With the usual caveat about potential inaccuracy, it may be worth following up in order to rule in or out.
