Searching for James Clark (1889 - ?)
« on: Wednesday 29 October 14 12:18 GMT (UK) »
Hi, I´m searching for my Great Grandfather James Clark. He was born in Darlington in Durham in 1889 and lived in Middlesbrough until moving to Consett in Durham and married Nora Parker in 1917. They had 2 children however Nora died about a year after her son was born. My Grandmother told me that her Grandparents kept her and that her brother lived with her Dad in Middlesbrough or so she thought.
My questions are does anybody out there know anything after Nora´s death? Or how do I find out more information as the census that I need won´t be released for another 17 years?
Thank you in advance for any help given
Nicky

Thank you for your feed back. Unfortunately i don't know much about my Great Uncle either . All i know is that he was born in 1923 Robert H Clark.
Nora died in 1923 and married James in 1917.
I can't believe that about the 1931 census.

There won't be one for 1941 either because of the war.  ::)
