Hi, welcome to Rootschat

Here's Walter in 1891 I think. Does Phebe fit as a sister to Frederick?

Hi Groom,

Yes Phebe (with so many spellings)  :) is Frederick's younger sister she marries Walter Borrett, so this could be a match, I did come across this avenue and it does seem to fit very well.

Walter is a very popular name across the family so I need to check the other Walters for birth ages, the Place of birth does not match however he would not have made that statement on the Census I suppose.

Regards

Dave

Ancestry transcribed Walter as b London, which is what is on theimage of 1891, so looks like a good fit
