Hi and welcome to Rootschat

To find out how he died, you would need to buy a copy of his death cert which will cost you £9.25 and can be ordered online at www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/

You will need the following reference

Death registered March qtr 1947 - District = Westminster - Volume 5C  Page 622

Finding his burial place will depend on whereabouts he lived and it's best if you have the actual death date as well so you will have to wait for the death cert to get that info

Do you need any help researching his ancestry?
