I am looking for the family Schöfmann/Schofman in Manchester

Hallo!

My uncle Franz Schöfmann has long been looking for the descendants of his emigrated great uncle Matthias Schöfmann. He was born at 10.08.1894 in Unterschoderlee, district Mistelbach in Lower Austria, Austria and emigrated to Manchester and died on 23.11 1934.

Schöffmann Matthias was during the first world war, civil interned in the UK.

According to my uncle, he was a restaurant manager.

Because I am working on the genealogy (area: Austria, Czech Republic) I have promised him my help.

As far as is currently my research:

Matthias Schöfmann was married to Nellie Ward Cottam since 1907 (I do not know the exact date). In the years of 1915 to 1917 are always letters sent to Austria (Unterschoderlee) with the address: 34 Sherbourne Street, Manchester.

Except Frank Louis (*1910, Prestwich, Manchester, + 1939-1945 ?) I have found no other descendants of Mathias and Nellie.

Frank Louis Junior (1930's, Manchester or Bury, + March 2002 ?, Malvern, Worcestershire) seems to also have been the only child of his parents (Frank Louis Schofmann and Violet Glydis [Gladys] Tomlinson, (* 04.02.1913, Salford, + March 2004 ?, Cheshire County).

The last letter (by Frank Louis) was sent 1938 to Unterschoderlee (Austria).

Apparently the family Schöfmann changed from 1935 to 1945 the family name to Chapman.

Violet have married again in the 1940's Albert Edward Mason. (if that's true)

Frank Louis junior Schofman (Chapman) should probably have a brother (Robert W. Chapman, * 1930's, Bury) and a sister (Lillian Chapman, * 1940's, Manchester) and 3 half brothers and a half sister (surname Mason).

My uncle would be very happy if a contact with the  siblings or half-siblings of Frank Louis Junior Schofman (Chapman) would be possible.

Looks like Nellie born c.1883 Congleton was a visitor in 1901 census in Brentford with Harry Kellett and wife Ada nee Salt. Indexed as Mellie.

The only Robert W chapman I can find registered in Bury in 1939 mothers maiden name Tomlinson.

I still have a question. How can I find out where Frank Louis (jun.) Schofman or Chapman (+ 2002) or his mother (Violet G Mason, + 2004) has lived last. 
Are there any address books or newspapers where I can find something?
