Hi!
    Can anyone help with the following? I have an Elizabeth Gollitt born circa 1838 at Plymouth (according to census returns)?

Elizabeth married at Guisbororough, North Yorkshire in 1860 to an Edward Ridley and had the following issue:

Emma Victoria 1861, Sarah Elizabeth 1864, Robert 1866, George 1870 and Arthur Edward 1879.

Any help much appreciated! :)

This looks like her birth?

What was her father's name on the marriage certificate?

There are a few Elizabeth Gullett/Gillett/Gollitt's on the 1841 census!

Hi!
    I don't have a copy of her marriage certificate and neither does my cousin (who I am doing a bit of research for), however looking at what you have said I believe Elizabeth to be the daughter of Robert Gullett and his wife Elizabeth Skelly, as Elizabeth Gollitt and Edward Ridleys first son was named Robert.

Another possible link is that their last son was named Arthur Ridley, and I believe Elizabeth Skellys father was named Arthur Skelly? (This may all be coincidence however)!
