Murray Saintfield Co Down

Looking for the Murray family of Saintfield Co Down. Patrick(my g grandfather) was born in 1863 son of John and Mgt Murray.Them I'm stuck. My Father and my Aunt can remember being taken to meet relatives in 1946 who stayed in the White Horse Inn in Saintfield,they also remember family who lived in Echo House.

Thanks ,posted to quickly there. My G Grandfather was Patrick and his Father was John.Patrick by 1901 and 1911 was married and living in Scotland.

Scottish certificates are great for all sorts of details so if your great-grandfather Patrick Murray married in Scotland then the marriage certificate should list names of both parents. As he seems to have been born around the start of civil registration of births in Ireland (1864) there might not be a birth certificate but some youngesr siblings might appear in the indexes so mother's full name will be very useful.

Thanks just had to confirm off the Scottish cert,I suspected her name was Murray as well and it was and I managed to get their marriage in Saintfield Co Down in Oct 1854 unfortunately the information doesn't contain the names of the parents other than the name Murray.
Did name the witnesses but the only people that tie in would have been 13 and 16.Hopefully the 16 year old is correct.However it looks like the RC birth records don't go back beyond 1838.
