Yes, I think this all fits Maddy.
Henry JAMES married the widow Sarah BELTH at Jeffreyston in 1825 and six months later baptised a daughter Charlotte there. I have just been told by a descendant (Kevin Edwards) that Sarah already had 5 children by her first husband who died in 1822, but she then died in Sep 1830, still at Jeffreyston.
Henry JAMES then married Sarah ROW at Penally in 1833, and in the 1841 & 1851 censuses they are on Caldey Island (which belongs to the mainland parish of Penally). Sarah COPE/BELTH/JAMES daughter Charlotte is with them in 1841, so this is the right family. There were other ROWE families, all quarrymen, on Caldey at that time. Henry JAMES & Sarah ROW/JAMES had two more children, the first another daughter, also born unduly promptly after the marriage. They returned to Carew parish, adjoining Jeffreyston, where Sarah ROW had been born, for 1861 & 1871. My wife is descended from the daughter born on Caldey Island but baptised at Penally in 1834.
However, we have not been able to get any further back for either Henry JAMES or Sarah ROW.
